Why Aren't I Getting Leads?
Not receiving leads? Here area few settings and places to check.
- Are leads set up for your shop?
- Go to Settings > [Your Shop Name] > Leads settings
- Is the "I want to receive Ceramic Pro lead offers to this shop" checked off? Have you provided a valid cell phone or email (or both) and verified them? If not, you will need to do so.
- Are leads approved for your shop?
- If you have verified your cell phone number and/or email, but you still see the red Not receiving message in the corner, leads may not be approved for your shop at the admin level. This can happen for a variety of reasons, but you can reach out to us at support@cpshopmanager.com for lead assistance, or reach out to your rep.

- Are you missing information for your shop?
- When we approve leads for a shop, we look to make sure all customer-facing information is added. Even if you do not purchase a lead, your shop's information may be sent out to the customer, and we want to make sure the customer receives complete information. Please check that you have entered in the following information:
- Your shop's name; Please update your shop's name from the default "Car Repair & Detailing Shop" name.
- Your contact details; How do you want potential customers to reach out to you? Make sure a phone number or email at minimum is listed under Settings > [Your Shop Name] > Contact details.
- Your location; Make sure your location accurately reflects your shop's location under Settings > [Your Shop Name] > Location. You can enter your address, then use the Position Map Marker button to automatically set your red marker to the correct spot.
