Basic Shop Information

When you create your Shop Manager account, you will need to complete your shop's basic profile in order to take advantage of leads and to register warranties. Follow this step-by-step guide to begin:

1. Your Shop's Name
   1. Please go to Settings > Shops > Car Repair & Detailing Shop > Basic Info
   2. Update the name of your shop (the default name is Car Repair & Detailing Shop) and your time zone. Please keep in mind that your shop’s name is customer-facing if you participate in our Leads program (meaning, make sure everything is spelled correctly and appropriately capitalized).
   3. Click Save.

1. Shop Contact Information
   1. Go to Settings > Shops > (Shop name) > Contact details
   2. Fill in your shop’s phone number and/or email address, as applicable. Please note all fields are customer-facing. Your cell phone and fax numbers are not required.
   3. Click Save
2. Shop Location
   1. Update your shop's address. Please keep in mind that this is customer-facing if you participate in our Leads program.
   2. Click and drag the red marker to your shop's approximate location, or use the "Position Map Marker" tool after entering your address. This map is not customer-facing.
   3. Click Save.
