Tags
Tags are a searchable way to group and organize your customers. You can create custom tags easily.
What's a good way to use tags? Use tags to create different groupings that are easy to find. Let's say you want to identify all of your Tesla owners because you want to send them all an email about your Tesla discount. Rather than going through all your vehicles and searching "tesla" and then finding the attached customers, your sales team can tag customers that own a tesla as "tesla." Then, when you need to find all your tesla owners you can just search the tag.
To search, navigate to your Customers tab, then in the upper right corner select the Filters icon (looks like an inverted triangle), and select the correct tag from the Tags field.
You don't have to group customers by car, you can also group them by the products they're interested in, by the sales team member that is working with them, or tag particular customers as challenging to work with. You can assign multiple tags per customer.
