QuickBooks - Importing Products and Services

If you already have products and services set up within your QuickBooks, you can import them into Shop Manager. 

  1. In your QuickBooks account, navigate to your products and services. 

  2. Export your products and services as an Excel sheet. Save the sheet somewhere easy to find. 

  3. In Shop Manager, navigate to Products (Settings > Shops > [Shop Name] > Products) and click Import from QuickBooks on the right. Please note, your QuickBooks account must already be connected to see this option. 
  4. Click Select File and choose your saved Excel spreadsheet. Then, click Start Upload. 

If you create new products or services in QuickBooks that you'd like to link, just create a new product, and select the matching QuickBooks product or service from the dropdown.
