QuickBooks - Connecting to QuickBooks

To get the most out of Shop Manager's features, you'll need to connect your QuickBooks account. Follow these easy steps. 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Log into Shop Manager and navigate to the Quickbooks settings (Settings > Shops > [Shop Name] > Quickbooks). You should see the option to connect to your account. 

  3. Click Connect to QuickBooks. You'll be directed to a QuickBooks page to approve the connection to your Shop Manager account. Click Connect.

    You'll now see settings options on this page in Shop Manager. You will need to make sure certain settings in Shop Manager match up to your settings in QuickBooks. This page will walk you through the process and highlight any issues with a red, orange, or yellow error message.

Click the heading to expand the section and see options. Once all selections have been made, you should see green check marks.
