How to mark on a warranty that the vehicle has been transferred to a new owner
To mark a warranty saying that the vehicle is transferred to a new owner, you can follow these steps below.
- Go to the 'Warranties' tab in Shop Manager and enter the VIN of the vehicle to pull up the warranty
- Click 'View' on the warranty

- Click on 'Services'

- Click on 'New Service'

- In the 'Service results' you can write that the vehicle has been transferred to a new owner and give the new owner's name. Then click 'Save'

- Now you have saved a note saying that the vehicle has been transferred. Now when the next shop views the warranty, they will be able to see the note and know that the vehicle has been transferred.
