Setting Up VOIP & SMS Communication

VoIP & Messaging brings all your shop’s communication—calls, texts, reminders, follow-ups, and soon emails—directly into Ceramic Pro Shop Manager, giving your team a faster, more organized, and fully integrated workflow.


By moving to VoIP & Messaging, you’ll now have:
  • Fully integrated calling & texting right inside Shop Manager
  • Automatic reminders for follow-ups, missed calls, overdue messages, and customer updates
  • New customer filters that let you segment customers based on behavior, service history, and communication status
  • Mobile access through the Ceramic Pro Voice & Message app
  • Full communication tracking—every call and text logged automatically for your entire team
  • A unified workflow without needing Spiro or external communication tools
  • Emails tracked directly into Shop Manager (Coming Soon)

We support this by porting your existing business phone number into Shop Manager. Once you subscribe, you will no longer need your current phone provider. If you’re currently using a personal number, we can also create a brand-new business line for you.


Step 1: Subscribe to VoiP and Messing.

Go to: Settings → Subscriptions → Activate under “VoIP & Messaging.”

You’ll see several plan options based on how many team members need access. Select the plan that best fits your business.


Step 2: Complete the VoiP and Messaging Onboarding Form

This gives us the information we need to move your phone number and activate your new tools. Please complete this as soon as possible to avoid delays in your activation.


Step 3: Download the Ceramic Pro Voice & Message App:
Once installed, your team will be able to communicate on the go while keeping all conversations synced inside Shop Manager.
