What is a Lead?

Our Leads system is a great tool for increasing your business. The system generates warm leads from customers who are interested in having Ceramic Pro applied to their vehicle or vessel. The best part is that the Lead system is FREE to participate in! You only pay when you see a lead you want to purchase. Leads may be generated from social media or our website. Customers are required to provide the following information:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Zip code
• Vehicle information (make, model, year, mileage)

Our system uses the customer’s zip code and the zip code pulled from your shop’s location to match the customer to their nearest installers. You will see only the zip code and vehicle information until the lead is purchased. If purchased, you will get the customer's full information. Lead opportunities are sent out in two stages - Exclusive and Shared.

Exclusive:

• Goes first to the geographically closest installer (zip code)
• Sent out LIVE after the customer’s request is submitted
• 24 hours to respond
• The opportunity is open to only ONE installer

If the Exclusive is not purchased after the 24-hour period, the lead is sent out as a Shared lead to the next 5 closest shops. 

Shared:

• Goes to the next 5 geographically nearest installers at the same time
• 48 hours to respond
•  Any of the installers can purchase at any time!
• Once the lead is purchased, the lead is removed from the pool of available leads

After the 48 hour period (72 hours total after the customer’s original request), if the lead has not been purchased, the customer is sent a list of the nearest installers and their contact information. The customer can now contact any of the installers and shop around.

This is a great way to put your sales tactics to the test! We typically see around 15-20% closing rate for leads. As a reminder, purchasing a lead does not guarantee a sale, but it is a great way to put your sales tactics to the test! On average, you must reach out to a lead 7-8 times to actually make the sale

If you purchase a lead with invalid information (bad phone number or email address) or a duplicate lead, please fill out the Lead Refund Request Form within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we may attempt to contact the lead or run a check on the lead information to confirm the veracity of the refund request.
